Starko

Press ⌘L on any page.Ask, search and act across Starko.

⌘L opens a chat with Starko AI wherever you are in the dashboard. It reads and changes tickets, conversations, customers, articles and reports with your permissions, starts Starko AI runs, and asks you before anything with consequences happens.

At a glance

⌘L assistant in short.

⌘L on a Mac, Ctrl+L elsewhere, or the Ask Starko button at the bottom right of every page.

Customer replies, CRM changes, article writes, bulk ticket edits and Starko AI runs.
Reporting
Reporting and SLA tools answer owners and admins only.
Files
Reads PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, Markdown, JSON and log files you attach. Images it sees directly.
Exports
Lists as CSV or XLSX, and PDF reports.
History
Every chat is saved and titled, grouped by Today, Yesterday, Past week and Older.
Same agent
Also in Slack and over the MCP server.
Anywhere

One shortcut, on every page, and it knows where you are.

⌘L toggles a chat panel at the bottom right of the dashboard. It does not take you away from the page: you can keep the ticket or the customer open beside it and say "summarize this" or "update this". Starko gets the page you are on as a hint and loads that ticket, conversation, client, company, tenant, project or article before it answers.
  • The panel expands to full screen, and the same chat opens full page at /dashboard/ai.
  • On a phone, the Ask Starko button opens it as a full-screen sheet, since there is no keyboard shortcut.
  • Esc closes it. The title menu lists your earlier chats with the ones still running marked, starts a new chat or deletes one.
  • A chat is created on your first message, so opening the panel and closing it leaves nothing behind.
  • ⌘K is the search next to it: it finds tickets, conversations, clients, companies, tenants, articles, projects, procedures and workflows, and its Starko AI row opens this chat.
What it can do

It works with the whole workspace, not only the help center.

Behind the chat is the same tool registry that powers Starko in Slack and the MCP server. Starko picks the tools a request needs, shows each call as a small pill you can open, and renders results as cards: tickets with status, priority and assignee, projects with progress, deals with stage and amount, and Starko AI sessions with their phase and pull request.
  • Tickets and projects: search, create, update, comment, link, set parents and watchers, start a work timer, create a project with its tickets in one go.
  • Customers: search and read conversations, clients, companies, tenants and deals, reply to a customer or start a new e-mail conversation, and change CRM records.
  • Knowledge: search and read articles, draft new ones and extend existing ones in the Knowledge hub, or read a public web page.
  • Operations: team workload, SLA status, your inbox, reporting and analytics queries, and ticket workflows it can read, create and run.
  • Tools from MCP servers an admin connects in the AI assistant settings are available in the same chat, marked with that server's icon.
Approvals

Anything with consequences waits for your click.

Reading is instant. When Starko wants to do something that changes data for other people or starts work in a sandbox, the call stops and an approval dock rises above the composer: the action, one line in plain words about what will happen, and Decline or Approve. Details shows the exact input. If several actions are queued, the dock shows them one at a time.
  • Gated actions: replying to a customer, starting an e-mail conversation, writing an article, CRM changes, conversation actions, archiving tickets, bulk ticket changes, running a workflow, and starting or ending Starko AI runs and sessions.
  • Running a skill's script asks first too, and names the file, the version, the arguments and the network access.
  • The chat keeps a short "waiting for your approval below" line where the call happened, so the transcript stays readable.
Starko AI runs

Start a fix from the chat, and hear back in the same chat.

Ask Starko to fix a ticket and it proposes a Starko AI run with the repository and the size of the task. Once you approve, the run reports back to the chat that started it: a question when it needs one, the pull request when it opens, and how it ended. You also get a notification that links back to that chat.
  • Ask what Starko AI is doing and it lists the running sessions with their phase, pull request and CI state.
  • Send a running session an instruction, or answer the question it is waiting on, straight from the chat.
  • "Keep me posted" adds live updates and a heartbeat every 1 to 60 minutes, for up to 24 hours. Each person can have 5 running at once.
  • "Merge it" merges a Starko AI pull request for owners and admins. It refuses on failing checks, conflicts or branch protection. See review and merge.
Skills

Type / to run a skill your team wrote.

Skills are procedures written once in the Knowledge hub. Starko reads the "when to use" line of each published skill and loads one when a request matches. You can also call one yourself: type a slash in the composer for the list of skills you may use, or write a dollar sign and the skill's name.
  • Each row shows the skill's name, its description and whether it applies to the whole workspace or to specific projects.
  • Arrow keys move, Enter or Tab picks, Esc closes the menu without closing the chat.
  • A skill you invoke shows as a chip in your sent message. Click it for the version and its instructions.
  • Skills marked "Only Starko" stay out of the menu. A price like $20 never opens it.
Home

Home is the same chat, with your day on top.

The dashboard's Home page is the ⌘L agent full width. It greets you, shows four cards with what is waiting, and puts the composer in the middle, cycling through suggestions such as "What's waiting on me?" and "What is Starko AI doing?". A conversation started on Home continues in the ⌘L panel.
  • Tickets: assigned to you and still open.
  • Pull requests: opened by Starko AI and waiting for review.
  • Improvements: found in your visitors' sessions. See Improvements.
  • Conversations: assigned to you, with customers waiting. Each card shows its change since yesterday, or since last week for Improvements.

Feedback starts flowing in minutes. The first recommendation shows up as soon as a pattern repeats, and the first pull request as soon as you accept one.
