Tags across the CRM, a rebuilt WhatsApp template builder, and rich email replies

A round of changes driven directly by your feedback, spanning tickets, the CRM and messaging.

Ticket creation shows every field again

The overflow menu in the create-ticket dialog is gone — dates, priority, status, assignee, tags, tenant, company, client, project and attachments are all inline again, the way they were. The maximize toggle stays.

Tags on clients, companies and tenants

The same tags you use on tickets now work across the whole CRM. Add them from any client, company or tenant detail page, see them as columns in all three list views, filter by them, and use them as conditions in workflow triggers — so an automation can fire only for records carrying a certain tag.

Better CRM lists

All three lists can now be sorted by creation date or name, and companies get the same pinned attribute cards clients already had — pick up to six attributes to surface at the top of the page. The rarely used score column is gone from the clients list.

Broadcast contact picker, redesigned

Picking recipients for a broadcast now feels like the rest of the CRM: avatars, tag badges, and filter chips for tenant, company and tag, plus search — so building an audience takes seconds instead of scrolling.

WhatsApp template builder, rebuilt

The template builder now works in sections — header, body, footer, buttons — with a live WhatsApp-style preview as you type. Variables are simple numbered chips with inline example values, no configuration to think about. Templates can also carry media headers now: image, video or document, with the sample uploaded for approval, and media-header templates are sendable in both replies and broadcasts. A "Support opening" preset gets you started faster.

Rich email replies

Replying to an email thread now uses a proper rich-text editor instead of a plain textarea — formatting, links and pasted images all arrive in the customer's inbox as real, well-rendered email. AI drafts stream straight into the editor too.

All of this is live for every workspace.
