A quick follow-up to the new rich email composer. Pasting a screenshot or dropping a PDF into the reply editor used to behave unpredictably — images could end up embedded in a way many inboxes reject, and other files were silently ignored. Now every route into the composer does the same thing: paste, drag-and-drop, and the paperclip all produce proper attachment chips, and the files are delivered to your customer on send. Ticket comments keep their inline-image behavior. Nothing to do on your end.
