The conversation side panel used to show a small static block with the customer's avatar and name. It now shows the same client card you know from tickets: name, verified badge, email and key attributes at a glance — and clicking it opens the full client profile in a sheet, editable in place, without leaving the conversation.
The card handles every state cleanly: a matching skeleton while the thread loads, the full card when a client is attached, and a quiet placeholder for anonymous visitors, so nothing jumps around as the panel fills in.
We also fixed a layout issue where a long unbroken value — a pasted URL in a customer attribute, say — could stretch the side panel off screen. Long values now truncate properly, and URL rows show the full value in a tooltip on hover.
