Share a project
A project can now be shared with the client it is for. Generate a link, the client enters the one-time code sent to their email, and they see the project's tickets in the same views your team uses, with a timeline at the dashboard's zoom scale. Share lives in the project's ⋯ menu.
Projects in the sidebar
Projects moved under Tickets, and you can pin the ones you work in every day. Pins are per member, not per account, so switching workspaces keeps the right ones. Project views update live, and presence shows who else is looking at the project.
Filters that understand types
The ticket filter builder got typed operators for every built-in field, a Tags filter and static single-operator chips. Custom fields are filterable with operators that match their type. The same typed filter bar is now the audience picker for WhatsApp and email broadcasts, resolved server-side so the count you see is the count you send to.
Smaller things
- A profile page for the signed-in user, and a settings overview page with grouped navigation.
- Deals default their responsible person to whoever creates them.
- Members can see the conversation behind every ticket they can see, and no longer trip a permission check on every ticket open.
- The toolbar search box is gone; the Title chip and ⌘K cover it.
