v1.15.3Improvement

Loading states that look like the page, Topic Gaps v2, and Next.js 16

Skeletons everywhere

Tickets, threads, the knowledge hub and every CRM list now show a loading skeleton shaped like the page you are about to see: the same columns, rows and detail layout. Switching between threads no longer flinches, and the knowledge hub article page reads like a document.

Topic Gaps v2

Topic Gaps now works from failure signals in real conversations, grouped into real topics with an impact score and a lifecycle (new, acknowledged, covered). The tiles use the same stat and sparkline components as Reports, and the entry point is back in the sidebar under Knowledge Hub.

Mobile

Every settings page fits a phone. The sidebar closes on navigation, the chat keyboard dismisses on send, and tables block row navigation while a multi-select is active.

Under the hood

Starko runs on Next.js 16 with unused dependencies pruned. Editor documents are snapshotted before they reach a server action, which fixes a class of "null prototype" errors on save. Unsupported attachment types are never sent to the model.
