You can now drop files straight into the ticket editor — no more digging into the slash menu to attach something.
Drag, drop, paste
- Drag and drop anywhere in a ticket to attach a file. PDFs, docs, spreadsheets, zips, audio, video — whatever you need.
- Paste files from your clipboard directly into the editor. Screenshots, copied attachments, all of it lands in the right place.
A cleaner preview
Attachments no longer render as a plain text link. They show up as a card with a file-type icon, the file name, and the size — so it's obvious at a glance what's been attached without having to click through.
Live upload state
While a file is uploading you'll see a spinner and an "Uploading…" label on the card. As soon as it's ready, the card swaps to a download button. No more wondering whether the file actually went through.
One-click download
Downloading an attachment from a ticket is now a single click on the card itself.
The slash-menu /file option still works exactly the same — it just produces the new card.
