A round of refinements across the parts of Starko you spend the most time in. Same product, just sharper edges.
Inbox
A thread list that reads like a proper inbox
Threads now have a real hierarchy: bold subject up top, sender beneath, a two-line preview of the conversation, and a clean date and status stack on the right. Scanning a busy inbox doesn't require squinting anymore.
Filters live in the URL
Filtering by status, assignee, channel, client, tags, or title is now persistent. Refresh the page and your filtered view stays put. Back and forward work the way you'd expect. Paste a filtered URL to a teammate and they land on the same view.
Filter fix
Filtering by assignee now actually returns matching threads. Previously it could quietly come back empty.
Friendlier on phones
On smaller screens, thread metadata flows underneath the title instead of fighting for space on the right edge of the row.
AI assistant
A floating chat panel
The AI assistant moved out of the bottom drawer into a compact panel anchored to the bottom-right corner. The conversation stays open while you click around the rest of the app — open it on the inbox, navigate to a ticket, and your chat is still right where you left it.
⌘L to open the chat
⌘K still opens the command menu. ⌘L is the new shortcut for the assistant.
Conversation survives navigation
Open the chat on one page, navigate to another, come back later — the thread is intact. No more losing your place mid-question.
Projects
Smoother drag-and-drop
Reordering projects across status columns now feels instant, with the same fluid animations as the ticket board inside a project.
Skeleton loading
No more spinner pop-in. The projects page loads with placeholder rows that match the final layout, so the page settles in place instead of jumping.
Logical status order
Status columns are now ordered Backlog → Open → In Progress → Closed, matching the natural project lifecycle.
Nothing to enable. These are live for everyone.
