A quick fix on the send-time repository picker. If you mentioned Starko AI by selecting it from the @-mention dropdown, the composer didn't recognize the mention chip, so the repository dialog never opened — the run dispatched anyway and hit the "can't start" fallback instead of simply asking you.
The mention detection now handles both forms — the picker chip and a typed @starko — so when no repository can be resolved, you get the picker before sending, every time. Mentions of teammates and email addresses in your comment are still correctly ignored. Live now.
