Onboarding rebuilt around the factory

New workspaces start with a single-column flow that explains the factory as it sets it up.

The steps

  1. Welcome: an animated scene of the loop, inputs on the left, Starko in the middle, outputs on the right.
  2. Your product: paste the website. Starko scans it for the name, logo and colour, and starts the workspace setup workflow in the background: knowledge base, AI settings, automations.
  3. Repositories: connect GitHub (or GitLab, Microsoft) and pick the repositories the factory may work in. Triage and review agents are on by default; a fixed @starko chip shows how to summon the foreman.
  4. Issue sources: Starko alone is enough (tickets, inbox and the widget are included), or connect the trackers you already use.
  5. Running: Finish lands on the running screen, which reports setup progress until the factory has started.

Starko AI opens a pull request that installs the widget in the chosen repository and merges it once checks pass.

The sign-in page

Sign-in matches the onboarding surface. The magic-link toast has an "Open email" action that opens the address's webmail in a new tab.

Starko AI reviews the team's pull requests

Not only its own. Point the reviewer at a repository and every pull request gets a risk verdict, concerns and evidence gaps in the pull request panel.
