The ticket page
Properties sit as one row of pills under the title; there is no right sidebar for them. The side column keeps what is about the customer (tenant, company, client card) and about the work: a Development card with the repository and sandbox settings, Fix with Starko AI, Start a session, and the ticket's ⋮ menu. A gear next to the project pill opens the project's Starko AI settings sheet. Start and deadline dates join the timer in a Time card.
Fix with Starko AI opens the instant session. @Starko AI in a comment behaves like ⌘L: it answers in the thread and dispatches a run only when asked, and replies to colleagues no longer resume parked runs. Tickets on the tickets page and on project pages open in the side sheet.
Work timers
Each person has a timer per ticket: start, pause, resume, stop. The timer is on by default for new statuses and stays off for completed and cancelled ones. Starko AI can start, pause and stop your timer from ⌘L, Home and Slack.
Page errors become bug tickets
Errors on pages where the widget is installed are reported to a beacon endpoint, fingerprinted into groups, and filed as bug tickets deterministically: one ticket per group, a daily cap per workspace, occurrence counts from the events, and the visitor's text escaped. A workspace toggle turns it on.
Project templates
A Linear-style create dialog with templates, an icon and a summary. Templates carry a default ticket distribution, and a public gallery offers starting points. ⌘L can create a project from a template with its tickets.
Starko speaks first
⌘L posts run notices and timed follow-ups on its own. Queued messages sit in a tray on top of the composer, and a session that waits for you no longer shows a "Working" row.
