Some tickets aren't support questions — they're bug reports. Until now, the best you could do was file them, tag an engineer, and wait. Starting today you can hand those tickets to Starko AI, a coding agent that investigates your codebase, writes the fix, and opens a draft pull request for your team to review.
How it works
Connect your GitHub repository from the connections page, then open any ticket that describes a code problem and choose "Fix with Starko AI". The agent spins up an isolated environment with a copy of your repository, reads the ticket, traces the issue through your code, and pushes a fix as a draft PR — with a summary of what it changed and why, posted right back on the ticket.
Nothing merges without you. The output is always a draft pull request, so your engineers stay in control of what ships.
Built for your codebase, contained by design
Every run happens in a sandbox that exists only for that run. Access to your repository comes from a short-lived, tightly scoped token that expires on its own, and the sandbox is walled off from everything else — no other workspace, no other customer, no persistent state. When the run ends, the working session is deleted.
Progress you can follow
The ticket shows the run as it happens: when the agent starts, what it concluded, and the link to the PR it opened. If something goes wrong, you get a clear failure note on the ticket instead of silence.
Usage is metered through your existing token billing — no separate subscription, no extra accounts to set up. Connect a repository and hand it your first ticket.
