The AI assistant (⌘L) has grown from a chat box into a real workspace agent. It can find things, look things up, and — with your sign-off — actually do things.
Conversations that stick around
Chats are now saved as threads. A dropdown on the panel title lets you start a new chat, jump back into recent ones, rename, or delete. The same history follows you between the quick panel and the full AI page. And if you refresh, switch threads, or close the panel mid-answer, the response keeps generating and lands in the thread anyway — nothing gets lost to a stray click.
It can look things up for you
Ask about anything in your workspace and the assistant searches it directly: conversations, tickets, CRM clients, companies and tenants (including notes and custom fields), knowledge base articles, and your team's current workload. Answers come with links, and it only sees what you're allowed to see.
Actions, with you in the loop
The assistant can also update a client field, draft a knowledge base article, or reply to a customer thread on its real channel — but never on its own. Any action that changes something shows you exactly what it's about to do and waits for your approval first. Drafted articles stay drafts; nothing goes public without you.
It knows where you are
Say "open the billing project" and it navigates there. Say "summarize this ticket" while viewing one and it knows which ticket you mean — no copying IDs around.
A tidier timeline
Finished turns fold their working steps behind a single "Worked · N steps" line you can expand, and a slim minimap along the edge lets you hop between questions in long conversations.
Live for all workspaces now — press ⌘L and try it.
