Starko can now record what a visitor did on your site before and during a conversation, play it back on the thread, and turn repeated friction into tickets.
Recording and playback
The widget records sessions with rrweb, served from your Starko origin rather than bundled. Recordings respect an allowlist you control, keep to a retention window, and play back in the thread sized to the recorded viewport.
AI analysis
Starko renders a recording into frames and a timeline, reads it next to the transcript, and classifies friction: dead ends, rage clicks, loops, abandoned forms. Each analysis becomes a verdict with evidence.
Improvement tickets and the weekly digest
A friction analysis can file an improvement ticket. Repeats of the same problem are deduplicated into sightings on the existing ticket, and an optional auto mode files without asking. Once a week, the week's analyses are grouped into themes and filed as one digest ticket, each theme citing the observations behind it.
Around the ticket
- A red dot marks tickets with unread notifications; the bell badge sits top-right on the ticket and fired reminders surface on Home.
- Customers can reply on their own ticket through the public API, and watchers are notified of customer replies.
- Pasted or dropped images in comments and notes become uploaded attachments.
- The user API returns a verified client's own identify() attributes.
Starko AI runs
The fix agent moved to Claude Opus 5.5. A running sandbox exposes a live preview link, the run panel shows the agent's recent steps as they happen, and you can steer a run from the activity feed. Ask Starko can dispatch Starko AI onto a ticket. A stale tab is told when Starko was updated and refreshes on click.
