Broadcast emails used to be plain text. Now the email tab in the broadcast dialog gives you the full rich composer.
Write emails that look like emails
Headings, bold and italic, lists, links, dividers — all available from the toolbar or with the usual markdown shortcuts. Paste or drop images straight into the body; they're automatically hosted, so recipients see them without attachments or broken links. Everything renders as a clean, email-safe layout that behaves in every mail client.
A proper call-to-action button
There's a new button block made for email: give it a label and a link, and it arrives as a real, clickable pill centered in the message — no more pasting bare URLs when you want people to click something. Web, email, and phone links are all supported.
The details are handled
Every broadcast automatically includes a plain-text version for clients and inboxes that prefer one, and the message saved to each conversation thread stays readable. WhatsApp broadcasts are unchanged.
