Connect GitHub on your personal account and your org at the same time

GitHub installs apps per account — one install for your personal account, another for each organization. Starko previously kept only one of those per workspace, so whichever you connected last was the only side whose repositories showed up in pickers. Org repos could effectively vanish behind a personal install, or vice versa.

A workspace's GitHub connection now holds multiple installations side by side. Repository pickers aggregate and dedupe repos across all of them, the connection card lists every bound account, and existing single-install connections keep working with no action needed.

Behind the scenes, every place Starko AI needs GitHub access — starting a run, refreshing credentials mid-run, launching an isolated environment — now resolves access per repository, so each repo is always reached through the installation that actually grants it. If the AI is asked to work in a repo no installation covers, it posts a visible "Starko AI can't start" comment on the ticket rather than failing silently.

To add an organization: go to Integrations, GitHub, and run the install again, picking the organization in GitHub's account chooser. It lands as a second installation alongside your existing one.
