When you send a ticket to Starko AI, the sandbox now launches immediately as part of the handoff itself, rather than waiting on a background notification that could arrive late or not at all. That removes the main way early runs got stuck before doing any work — you hand off the ticket, the environment boots, the agent starts.
The old notification path still exists as a redundant backup, so a run that somehow slips past the direct launch still gets picked up. The run panel also now shows the Starko logo where a third-party icon used to be. Nothing to change on your end.
