Clients have long had an External ID — the key that ties a Starko record to the matching record in your own system. Companies and tenants now have it too, everywhere it matters:
In the CRM
Company and tenant detail pages get an editable External ID field with a copy button, same as the client sidebar. Clearing it removes the value entirely.
In workflows
The create and update steps for companies and tenants accept an external ID, and the search steps can match on it. Most usefully, bulk imports can now use external ID as the match key for companies and tenants — so you can sync against your source system's own identifiers instead of relying on domain or name matching. Per-row import results report the external ID for all three record types.
External IDs also flow through CRM events and the workflow data picker, so any automation can read them.
Live for all workspaces — set an External ID on any company or tenant to start syncing against it.
