Dark mode
Dark mode follows the Linear palette: an almost-black canvas, hierarchy from lightness rather than shadows, violet as a signal. Every surface, including the Starko AI panel, was adjusted for it.
Recordings on tickets
A ticket filed from a session shows its recording, and fix runs read it so the agent sees what the visitor saw. Canvas content (WebGL viewers) is captured and replayed as images under the same allowlist.
Tickets
- The support assistant can add follow-up details and files to a ticket it already opened.
- AI ticket creation is richer: team and custom fields in workflows, a team queue on routing, the customer's score in the prompt. Form tickets follow the workspace triage rules and fire "ticket created" workflows.
- A workspace rule can add customer tickets to a project automatically.
- Filter the tickets list by project.
- The public API exposes time spent per status.
- A ticket, its comments and the board re-check every time they open, and a failed refresh keeps what you had.
Projects and repositories
Create a new GitHub repository straight from the project's repo picker. A project's accumulated repo learnings can be condensed: review the summary, then apply it.
Conversations
"Back to Starko" hands a thread the team took over back to the AI. Status labels now name who has to act, and a customer follow-up on a human-owned thread flags it again.
Report a problem
A "Report a problem" entry in the sidebar opens Starko's own ticket widget, so what you report lands as a ticket in our workspace, with the page and session attached.

Crawled knowledge-base articles are de-duplicated by title, the sending domain can be changed or removed after it is set, and a brand-new workspace is no longer paywalled right after signup.
