Enrich people, not just companies — now backed by web evidence

Enrichment in the CRM just took a big step forward:

Enrich individual contacts

There's a new Enrich button on the client profile. It fills in missing details from the public web: job title, LinkedIn profile, a short bio, city, and country. As always, it only fills empty fields — anything you've already entered stays untouched.

It's also deliberately cautious. Person enrichment only runs when there's enough context to identify someone confidently — a real name plus a company connection — and if the evidence doesn't clearly match this person at this company, it writes nothing rather than guessing.

Company enrichment checks its sources

Company enrichment now searches the web alongside reading the company's own site. The company's site stays authoritative for what they do; third-party sources fill in the numbers — employee count, founding year — and the LinkedIn link. Companies with similar names are explicitly filtered out.

The standard company fields have grown too: industry, employee range, founding year, and LinkedIn now appear automatically in your table columns and kanban views. And every enriched profile ends with a Sources section listing the pages the information came from, so you can verify anything yourself.

Live for all workspaces — open any client or company and hit Enrich.
