Smarter CRM enrichment, with your own research questions

CRM enrichment has been rebuilt from the ground up, and the list filters have grown up alongside it.

Research that builds on itself

Enriching a company now runs in phases: Starko first finds and reads the company's own site, extracts the essentials — canonical name, what they do, industry — and then uses that context to run sharper third-party searches before writing the profile. Client enrichment keeps all the identity safeguards from before, so the wrong person's details never end up on a record.

Ask your own questions

New in Settings → Enrichment: define up to eight research questions per entity in plain language — "What CRM do they use?", "Roughly how many employees?" — typed as text, number, or yes/no. Answers are saved as custom attributes, so they appear as table columns, on the kanban board, and in filters automatically.

Every fact shows its work

Each enriched value carries a confidence level and the sources it came from, recorded in a run log you can inspect. Low-confidence answers stay in the log and are never written to the record, and enrichment still only fills empty fields — it never overwrites something you typed.

Honest feedback, sensible guardrails

The Enrich button now reports what actually happened, including why something was skipped ("page too thin", "person not confidently identified"). Automated and bulk enrichment skip records refreshed in the last 24 hours (manual runs always go), clients created from inbound email get enriched automatically, and bulk enrichment actions are ready for up to 100 records at a time.

Filters for building audiences

The clients, companies, and tenants lists gain new filters: has phone / has email (perfect for splitting WhatsApp vs email audiences), country, and text matchers on name and email — contains, starts with, ends with, is exactly. All of them work in list and board views and can be saved as views.
