Clients, companies and tenants grew from contact lists into a CRM you can run a pipeline from. This release lands the data model, the views engine and the tools around them.
Typed fields and a timeline
Every record now has typed custom fields (text, number, date, boolean, select, multi-select, URL), each with its own filter operators. Comments on a client, company or tenant use the same thread as ticket comments, and a timeline on each record collects messages, tickets, deals and edits in one place. The Notes document editor is back on every record page.
Deals
A deals pipeline joins the CRM: stages, values, expected close dates and a responsible person, shown as a board or a table. A deal links to its client and company, and the Home inbox surfaces deals that need attention next to tickets and conversations.
Views, filters and the toolbar
Saved views work the same way across all four entities: pick columns, filters, sort and layout, give it a name, pin it to the sidebar. Filter chips no longer jump around while you type, and the toolbar fits on narrower screens.
Duplicates and merge
Starko flags probable duplicates by email, domain and name. The merge dialog was rebuilt around a tabbed preview: pick the winning value per field inline, see what happens to tickets and threads, confirm. Nothing is deleted until you do.
Import and export
An importer wizard takes CSV or Excel, maps columns to fields, previews the result and reports what was created or updated. Export is one click from any list and respects the current filter.

- Emoji reactions on ticket comments.
- The ⌘L workspace agent gained CRM and inbox tools, file handling, charts and PDF reports, and asks before destructive actions.
- The widget greeting and its UI texts are auto-translated per visitor language and cached; editing the greeting re-translates it.
- A thread-events trigger that ran before insert, and 500'd every new conversation, is fixed.
