The command menu used to search tickets only. Now one search reaches every corner of your workspace at once:
- Tickets — by title and description
- Conversations — by title and summary
- Clients — by name, email or phone
- Companies and tenants — by name or email
- Knowledge base articles — by title and content
- Projects, procedures and workflows — by name and description
Results come back grouped by type, with contact details shown inline so you can tell records apart, and selecting one takes you straight there. Type a customer's email, jump to their profile; type a phrase from an article, land in the editor. Everything is scoped to your workspace and returns in a single fast round trip.
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in the dashboard. Live for all workspaces — nothing to do on your end.
