Paste your product's website during onboarding and Starko drafts the rest: a site profile, AI settings, procedures and triggers. A review screen lets you edit each draft before it is applied, regenerate from scratch, or skip the knowledge base when articles already exist. The wizard can be re-run on an existing workspace.
More than one Instagram
A workspace can connect several Instagram accounts. Each keeps its own inbox routing, and channel OAuth callbacks now require integration management rights rather than the owner.
Budgets for Starko AI
Runs have a soft token budget and a per-project cap on automatic follow-ups, visible in a Starko AI panel on the ticket. Run comments on the ticket are quieter, and ticket files get a text companion the agent can read.
Faster
The dashboard home makes fewer calls on load and warms the real inbox query, and widget replies are quicker, especially the first one. A per-thread supervisor replaced the old message-response workflow and auto-close, and a daily cleanup removes greeting-only threads and orphaned anonymous visitors.
